Braided by hand with quality 550 USA made paracord, this mecate is 22ft in length and approx 12mm in diameter. Made with an internal core to minimize stretch to allow for quick release and a greater contact with your horse.
It can be used on a snaffle bit with slobber straps (sold separately) or on a halter or bosal as a hackamore set up.
The mecate is finished with a quality leather popper on one end and tassel and contrasting pineapple knot at the other.
